This is no year-end list.
Here, I honor, remember, and talk about some of the coldest things in hip-hop that I’ve experienced. Mostly musically. In rap, we need actual students of the game, and appreciators of the craft to acknowledge and recognize excellence, not outsiders who know nothing about this. We don’t need people who want to look cool, or leech cash from this culture to recognize hip-hop excellence. Let’s get the ball rolling. By the way, these are in no particular order, but the ones closer to the end are obviously the more exciting.
